What is the window for Fajr Namaz timing?. Can I pray non-kaza til local sunrise time?.

if you go to www.islamicfinder.org you can enter your location and get exact prayer times. it shows what time fajr prayer is counted as kaza as well.

As far as I know, you can't pray after "tulu".
