Sometimes I test the values of my children by asking them random questions, while driving my 14 yr old to practice I asked him what color girl he would like to marry, black, white or brown and he told me that," Dad I am not a man of color." that made me proud of my parenting.

People value what they have been raised to value and valuing complexion would be a horrible value, I have seen parents treat gora baacha better than kala baacha.
PS a warm bed and coming home to someone who cares is a great value, humans aren’t logical beings.

That’s awesome. Teaching children about racial equality is so important! I agree, colour is horrible to value but we can only*** educate***, not enforce. People will still do, what they have been programmed to believe.
