Oh the darn it! Then that meaning that my tip didn’t vork? But eet vas the such good and locical adwice.
Needless to say, I’m only kidding. It was all meant in good humor. Chocolate, white or dark, will have no impact on your skin color. Try to embrace yourself and the way that you’ve been made and play up your positive features would be my advice for the thread creator. You should eat healthy foods NOT to change your skin color but to keep you skin and body in good condition. Many health problems are the result of a poor diet, lack of exercise, and stress. If you eat right, reduce stress, and get good sleep, you’ll naturally have glowing skin. Whereas, even if a FAIR skinned person doesn’t take care of their health, even THEY in all their gora-ness and chitta-pan will NOT look attractive.
ur color is wat ur born with no amounts of food or drink can change that
exactly. be proud of your skin colour.
look at those who have no limbs...or don't have their eyesight, or who have serious illnesses etc. things like this should make us appreciate ourselves better.
I agree with Mabrook, i've also herd from a professional beautician that regular intake of yughurt helps getting lighter complexion, also takeing care help much like, avoild going out in sun, apply sunblocks if need to b in sun, take in fresh egies n fruits, etc... best of luck :)
@ Mabrook, how cud u eat 6-7 pices liver :S, i cant have even 1 :(, did it really worked 4u, if yes, its amazing, cuz liver also icrease blood, but how i'll manage to eat it :(
it wasn't easy really and b4 i did it i didn't know wat i'll actually achieve. i started doing it for low iron and ended up with rosy complexion from a very very pale face.
its true that glowy n healthy complexion is more enviable than fair complexion. Oh my i hav seen some dark girls i would gladly trade place with. I think most of us when we say we want a fair complexion we actually mean to say we want a brighter n glowy complexion.
