Impressionism in her work, i think is of a new level.. just on the verge of abstract but not quite.. Are these care free splashes of color or careful rendering of shapes..? not quite certain but they are soothing to look at.. more like a feeling or an idea than a strict scene…
it's beautiful work. very open, light and carefree. but for all its impressionism or abstractness you feel as if you're there in that picture, observing what she's painting.
