It seems the gupshup admin does not really understand the purpose of email. I emailed 5 times over the last week and a half about my other account that stopped working. I did not even get the courtesy of a reply indicating that my email had been received or that I should just go away.
If you don’t want to reply to people’s emails, why even bother having an email address? So, that people can get frustrated waiting for a reply? I won’t be surprised if this message is locked without even a response. It is Pakistani nature to let power get to one’s head.
What's the point now? I had to make a new account since my other account wouldn't log in. I wanted to EMAIL the admin about that. Now it doesn't matter. Just please stop listing email addresses which no one reads.
