Failing the Naxalites

The Communist Party of India (Maoist) is a Maoist political party in India which aims to overthrow the government of India.[1]](Communist Party of India (Maoist) - Wikipedia) It was founded on 21 September 2004, through the merger of the Communist Party of India (Marxist–Leninist) People’s War and the Maoist Communist Centre of India (MCC).

They claim to be fighting for the rights of the tribes in the forest belt around central India. That region contains deposits of minerals[3]](Communist Party of India (Maoist) - Wikipedia) which are of interest to mining companies like Tata and Essar. There have been numerous human rights violations of the tribal people at the hands of government agencies.

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has issued a notice to Home Ministry for alleged violation of rights after taking cognizance of reports of security men trussing bodies of Naxals to poles.
The Commission has sought a reply from the Secretary of Home Ministry by July 27, on the issue, an NHRC statement said here on Tuesday.
It took cognizance of media reports depicting photographs of security men carrying bodies of Naxalites, including women, with their hands and feet tied to bamboo poles after an anti-Naxal operation in West Bengal’s West Midnapore district.
The Commission observed that “the report, if true, raises a serious issue of violation of human rights of the victims”, the statement said.
Security forces had gunned down 12 Maoists, including three women, in a fierce encounter in Ranja forest of Salboni in West Midnapore on June 16, almost a year after anti-Naxal operations were launched in the district in West Bengal.

Indian government has been exploiting the naxalities and depriving them of their basic rights. I think Pakistan and other countries should raise a voice and take a stand against indian atrocities in the naxalite region. The regions belonging to nexalities including Jharkhand, Andhra Pradesh, Bihar and West Bengal should be given independance from the evil indian rule. Pakistan is all for human rights of naxalities.

Re: Failing the Naxalites

Its Indias problem not ours. Pakistanis should stand for human rights, but let the Indians deal with their own issues.

Re: Failing the Naxalites

Yar the indians seem to "feel a lot of pain" for the balochs, so I thought, paksitanis should also feel a "lot of pain" for the naxalites.

Re: Failing the Naxalites

Pakistanis should feel the pain of a lot of people, includng many of our own. Let the Indians display their immaturity as they like.
