Fahrenheit 9/11

Watched the movie finally. Its amazing to see how one person shows his courage to collect all this information and not only that wins the Cannes Awards and brings to the cenimas in US itself for the general public. The movie is funny at times and has some disturbing images as well. I like the parts where he shows the millitary record of W. Bush and says that president didn’t know that I had the original copy of his record which later on White House censored to hide that Bath guy’s name from it who was the key man getting all the Bin Laden’s investments in W. Bush’s lousy oil drilling companies. The documents Moore has shown in this movie are undeniable. If Bush had any dignity, he must have been resigned by now or atleast had WH spokesperson deny these alligations.

:smack:

Everyone is now helplessly trying to prove that bombing Iraq was the only option. Only yesterday, I saw it on the news, Blair trying to convince everyone that whatever he did, he did it to make the world a better place. He says the world is a safer place now. I don't agree with that. Do you? He is also ready to take responsibility for any mistakes that he has made by going forward with the war on Iraq. These seem to be mere repercussions of Fahrenheit 9/11 or even big wig critics.

I saw the movie on Sunday finally. It is holds proof of a lot of things that were fabricated during the war on Iraq. Even if Moore has exaggerated to an extent, there must at least be some truth to his version of the facts. I am in support of Moore and his campaign against the Bush administration. The damage he has done is quite obvious. I would be highly surprised if he gets even 1% of the votes this year.

Did anybody watch last week's episode of Dateline NBC? Osama Bin Laden's older brother, who is currently living in Switzerland, was on the show. It was the first time he has ever given an interview with the media. His ex-wife, Carmen, gave an interview with Dateline after 9/11. She's also coming out with a tell-all book about the Bin Laden family.

Anyway, the brother gave the interview cause of Fahrenhein 9/11. He said that his family was not given any special treatment after 9/11. They were not flown out of the country secretly while all the planes were grounded as Michael Moore suggests.

The Bin Laden's are quite annoyed with Moore. Not surprising really.

This movie was awsome! People left cheering and cursing Bushy :)

I got up in the middle of the movie and yelled F*@$* LiaR! People started talking and laughing but it was def. worth it. Movie roxxx!

Michael Moore --- u simply rule

pretty neat movie :k:

I gotta say, Michael Moore is one talented moviemaker. Throughout the documentary, Moore confronts people and often does so with a sense of humor and to his credit, he does not laugh or joke when the situation requires him not to.

He probably has one of the best jobs in the world. I mean, think about it, he gets to make movies that include his personal ideas about how the world really works. He interviews people and edits the footage to make them look like saints or idiots ; it’s his choice. He never has to justify his positions because he has full creative control. :roman:

I loved the part when Moore goes up to congressmen in Washington wanting to enlist the children of the congressmen into the Army and send them over to Iraq—and the resulting rebuttals. Not to mention, the part where Paul Wolfowitz wipes down his hair with his own spit. :hehe:

I highly recommend it.

those of you who still havent seen this movie or are reluctant to see it on big screen for various reasons, PM me, i got working http links to it in mpeg format (2 parts) :D

PS: Michael Moore is screening this movie in Crawford Ranch where Bush is on vacation (yet again) and has also invited him to the screening. LOL

I hope its not cam pot.

umm i havent downloaded or seen this version, but ive seen others praising it. you'll just have to find out for urself :D

5Abi can hook u up.. he's da man.

I think Moore is the other extreme of the 'disinformation' wing. One wing will target Iran.. the other SA. they'll get to one after the other and all the time the public would be thinking they are being presented with 'facts'.

btw it's interesting to note how the presstitutes immediately gave full airtime and coverage to help the Bin Laden's get a word in about the accusations.. seems like there IS some truth to their influence..

cam pot alert...

That's what ARY Views on News said as well. That this documentary was made to make KSA an easy target. They also revealed how CIA have been trying to convince White House since Nixon's days to attack on KSA and get the control of Oil fields. I think now they are making a case before entering to the religiously sensitive area.

khair we don't have to worry about that, we can't do anything about corrupt Arab leaders (CIA puppets again) or America's plan to attack KSA, since Allah will save His house and Medina. Abraha tried and got fried by tiny birds. Let see how things will be in next ten years from today.
