I was talking to a friend and she said that in Paris people can pee anywhere they want. She said the streets are smelly and it’s not all that glam. Is this true?

Paris is not a very clean city compared to other European cities. But it’s not as dirty as your friend described either.

I heard this has something to do with people not picking behind their pets or something. It might aswell be people not picking behind themselves

It's a fact. they do piss in old parts of city. It is smelly indeed.
