I dont have too many but they are pretty noticeable and I would like to do something about that. Waxing isn’t really an option as it will require me to visit the salon regularly which isnt possible due to some reasons. Bleaching sounds good but then what about the chin hair?
I have seen girls who dont have ANY hair on face. HOW!
Threading for eyebrows and lips, and waxing for the rest of my face (sideburns, jaw, under chin area).
I tried threading for the sideburns and oh my Allah, that hurt so much. I’ve had bikini waxes that weren’t as painful as the sideburn threading (and the hairs were really short too!)
Usually when I wax, there’s a few small marks for the next few days but go away…I finally found a place that doesn’t do that with their wax, but they charge like $60 for a full face, which is way too much. Sigh.

LOL, they don't have any hair on their face because they remove it, silly.
the chin hair, you can thread it.. I recommend threading your face yourself.. if you don't know how, all it takes is a little practice, once you get the hang of it, you will never get it done by anyone else (besides eyebrows).. that's what happened to me at least
you can also use an epilator which has long term effects such as slower grow hair growth and finer hair over time too
You can thread your own chin if you want....apparently it can be done.
In fact, you can even wax your own face so you don't have to go to a salon.
I tried threading it once but I broke out terribly two weeks after that. I am not sure if threading was the cause because I suspect that the foundation I was using then was the culprit. Nonetheless, I am not sure if I should take the risk again.
If I am doing it myself, I prefer threading - no breakouts. It hurts the first couple of times but your skin will get used to it and you wont feel anything.
Waxing is okay, too sticky and messy. Body sugaring is quicker, but it doesn't get everything out and you maybe tempted to go over the same area again. Not recommended because facial skin is sensitive and you may end up with breakouts.
I had my face waxed in Pakistan when I was there. I don't know what they used but OMG that stuff was so gooddd!!!!! They have this pink, liquid bubble gum like wax they use only for sensitive areas like face and underarms. It gets everything out and your skin feels so soft. I didn't even get any breakouts from it. I wish I knew what its called or where I can find it. The liquid bubblegum thingy solidifies on your skin and they pull it like a wax strip.

were there any wax strips used at all? if no, then they simply used what's called "hard wax" and is readily available in almost any salon, and beauty supply stores/online.
hard wax is specifically meant for areas that are more sensitive than others and holds onto hair better for a cleaner pull (of the hair)
I had a pretty bad facial waxing experience a few days ago, the nalaiQ woman got wax all over my hairline even though I begged her to be careful. I'm just going to do this face waxing stuff at home now sigh
can anyone recommend some brands of hard wax for sensitive skin?
Gigi wax from sally is really good - all purpose and I dont breakout from it. I bought the kit from sally as well which includes the warmer. You can buy wax strips and everything and it will be under $60 - and $60 is usually the price salons will charge you for an all over face wax.
the kit has lasted me 2 years so far and i've had to replace the wax once so it's really worth it.

Yeah they didn't use strips. So hard wax it is, then.

Hi! I thread my own face. I did LHR for my upper lip and chin for 6 months, but didn't commit. I'm getting electrolysis on my chin, today was my first appt actually. My case was a hormonal + genetic imbalance and once I started removing chin hair, it came back thicker and darker. It used to be fine, but noticeable. Now, it's just too embarrassing to even talk about! I would recommend electrolysis.
