i thread my overlip, between eyebrow nd otherwise i bleach. but what i dont like with it is that it kind of shines in the sun :/

That's not true. Wrinkles occur because of dehydration, sun damage, and other environmental/non environmental factors (think free radicals). Waxing may actually help prevent wrinkles if it strips off the layer of dead cells on the epidermis. Extrinsic (environmental) aging occurs on the top layer due to poor management of the skin. The best way to wax is to first apply a powder and after waxing apply a constricting agent (such as witch hazel).

Waxing doesn't cause your skin to loosen or wrinkle.

I use hard wax on my face, apart from my eyebrows. I sugar my eyebrows or wax them.

I have been taught and seen that prolong use of wax on the face leaves u with loose skin. It's not the quality of the wax or how it removes dead cells..it's the process of the wax tugging at the delicate tissues on the face. I don't wanna argue, but I have seen it on young females in their late 20's.

Gina, im gonna agree with you there, waxing does loosen the skin, and im sayin this from experience, many young girls have sagging eyebrows and cheeks because of waxing regularly.

im not sure about wrinkles, im nowhere there yet!!

i suggest you some thing which has no side effect .. i am in hong kong i am boy but i did course in beautian.. USE Honey+ Besan add lemon make the paste and apply on ur skin. while it get dry use Fabric to Remove then see the effect and different bewteen wax and threating..

Hi,
Waxing,threading,shaving.plucking are old methods.Now a days Lasers are very much in fashion if one can afford it.
I had laser sessions and it really works.I had laser on my face and arms and now i am satisfied.It is more then one year now.
Well one should be more careful in choosing laser and clinic as most of doctors here in pakistan used chinese or Korean Lasers which gives lot of side effects.Always ask for branded laser and it is better one should also read about laser company.

Well i hv gone for laser, i wud say if u r lucky enough then only laser will work for u, but still its better then the rest of all the tech. bcz it does make ur hair thinner n at sum palces removes them completely, but 1 thing tht i hv noticed is tht the hair tht hv becum thinner grow longer than than the natural hair...
I hv heard tht electrolysis is the best but for small areas bcz its too time consuming n becomes more costly than laser.
Jordan bleach cream is very good it makes ur hair feel thinner also.

^ Yes, and it can leave u're skin irritated as well =) a Guppy recently had a bad experience..

I think more and more people are now doing laser.. it's still costly though and requires alot of patience.
