facial bleach help

I have.this bleach I do at salons but I.bought my.own.pack recently
However all damn instructions are in some Arabic or something; (

So what do I do. The people at salon won’t tell.me.obviously and Googling isn’t workjng.

So any idea as to quantities …its a powder sachet and bleach bottle

Bleach is usually a 1:4 ratio, one part bleach to 4 parts cream.

So the cream as in powder? What do.I put.more.of? The powder or developer?

More of the cream, 1/4th of the activator (powder)
