i dont think the question was whether you can identify what nationality someone is if they are of similar races, continents etc, but whether you are able to distringuish between people of the same race i.e. are you able to tell diff chinese ppl apart as easily as you can tell diff desi ppl apart, or do you have a hard time distinguishing them from each other.
Thank you!!! All of you should try recalling your chinese, aboriginal, latino friends from eons ago and see if your memory doesn't come back with a fuzzy generic look.

What? Sardars are the easiest. Just remember the color of their headgear. :D
It's easy to identify Egyptians, they have the air of artificial intelligence about them! Most of them look so Egyptian u can put them up on the flag!
Bengali's are easy.. look for the green/brown checked lungi's or dhoti's!
Indian men usually wear checked shirts or bright colors.. reds, oranges, greens and turquoise are very popular.

And Pakistanis wear their heart on their sleeves!
Re: Faces of other races
I know my dude use to make fun of indians wearing check shirts.
But indians do make fun of pakistanis loving green a bit too much.
they use to say "you guys have to get some greenish thing when you buy cloths"
Re: Faces of other races
There is no typical "look" for Indians. All the stereotypes probably apply to only to certain groups e.g. South Indians, Gujaratis, Sikhs, Punjabis etc.
However, an average Punjabi looks nothing like an average South Indian/ or Gujarati.

waisay I have to give it to them. That is the neatest fold of turban that I've ever seen. It looks very elegant and it does not stand out like other turban folds

Learn to observe the neatness of folds? Do I look that bored?
Neatness of folds.. diff methods of tying the turban, what each color signify's.. how long is the material.. what is the material made of.. what brand of elastic do they use to keep it in place.. what sizes does it come in.. what do they wear underneath are all questions I need answers to.
Homework for you!

All you need to do is PM TLK. I am sure he must know all that.
