does make you wonder.......why 16? I mean why not 25? Or a girl who is 21-22 ( who has graduated high school AND College). Why a teenager? Religion doesn't prohibit it. And it could be that he prefers the innocence of a woman so young. Perhaps he prefers youthful beauty.......or maybe he wants some who will be easily molded. But still u can't help but wonder why not someone around his age.....considering the difference in maturity and mentality b/w a 30 year old and someone who is still in high school.

Its a young man in his prime looking for a mate, its an open market, and there are many girls out there who would marry an older man, maybe they are of a level of maturity that they find boys close to their age childish - maybe they want a man who has reached a stage in life where he can think with his head screwed on the right way

a 16 year old is still a girl... whoever whatever its still wrong. its ok tht doesnt make sense bcaz everybody has their own opinions on things and i for one thinks its wrong being 30 proposing to a 16year old, and being fake online just for fun esp. if ur 12 u seriously have things such as school and childhood to enjoy then to be a fake online! 12 year has no job to on such websites like facebook in the 1st place...

uhhh..i think its wrong..because more likely then not the young girl is on facebook to speak to her friends and people she knows..not to find a 30 year old man for herself..
I have to agree with the ppl above who have suggested that there might be something else going ong.
-maybe he didn't see ur age, just ur pic and u might look a little mature in ut profile pic.
-secondly its common in pakistan and india to have that type of age difference ( n please dont tell me thats not happening any more bcuz one of my 18 year old cousin just got a rishta 4 year old.) i myself got a rishta by a 25+ year old guy when i was only 14. (not over the net)
