I don't buy it, .. i am using facebook from its very existence. Their are 37 people on my list, 33 are family members. I found it a great tool to communicate and be in touch with relatives.
I think it depends on us, how we are using facebook or internet as whole !
the feeling of being stalked from arises from u not knowing who might be viewing ur profile . i aint a big fan so i dont use it much
