People’s natural reaction is to tell people to eff’ off once trolls get underneath their skin. The reaction or need is more prominent on line because of the protection we have against others finding out who we are.

The ability to get under people’s skin is easy. The ability to refrain from getting involved in a flame war isn’t.

Agreed.
However trolls want just that…to get under your skin…and wouldn’t it be lovely to simply not give them what they want?
How perfect would that be?

What would the troll do with all that animosity then?
