can they go bad?

i had a tube of the dove stuff, but i had left it in a hot place for about a month and a half. now when i use it, i feel like i’m washing my face with moisturizer. i put it in the fridge, hoping whatever is not working will get fixed. so is my face wash ok?

generally your instincts would be right, if it feels wierd, you should toss it cause you dont want to take risks with your skin.
