Asa everyone just had a very simple question hope someone can help me with this.. InshAllah im getting married in december and have nearly everything done except i want to know what hairstyle will suit my face shape? I have a round face a little oval but more round and on my nikkah the lady did all combed back hair and it just made my face look wider. Would a middle parting look ok with this face shape? or is side better. i wanna get a hairstle with height at the top because i know that will suit me but just not sure about the front. If u have pictures of any brides with that kind of hairstyle with rounder faces that would really help. THANKYOU:sheyn:

i was thinking the exact same thing about hairstlyes for myself! iv'e got a bigish head/forehead :D,
i think a side parting will look nice, why dont you have them both and see which one suits you better, or have a side parting for the wedding and a middle one for the walima to give a different look ?
If u have a big forehead u can give slight "height" at the front and wear u're tikka...for a round face u shud have u're hair sweeped on top and have it back-combed at the crown.
i have a round face too and the key to making it look slimmer is volume at the crown.
a sweeping side part, 60’s style, is also very flattering, and instead of an outright updo, go for a half up/half down look if you can.
like these ones below- if you have short hair you can use hair pieces to get volume and length.

maybe try curling it for the wedding? not like those fake-o super perfect curls but looser ones with big rollers? just for the bottom bit.

Thankyou thats really nice advice.. u look so cute mashAllah the hairstyle really does suit u. i would go for side fringe but problem is i have one of those long tikkas that go up into ur parting aswell i kind of have 2 have a middle parting dont know if its gonna suit me..

Round faces look really nice with middle parts...adds some length to the face and you dnt end up looking chubby.
Long faces look really nice in side parts...makes the face look a little rounder and fuller.
