how to reduce face fat…i m slim smart my face is fat or lil big or i have chubby cheeks ?

i dont have to lose wait because i m already slim .i wana get rid from chubby cheeks…

You can't spot reduce fat. You can only lower your overall body weight. Your genes dictate where you will lose weight first. If you have a baby face there's not much you can do about that.

I've got round cheeks too...will always have them.

I don't mind them though quite honestly.

there are a few exercises which would make your face atleast in rhythm. You may google them!

sup suhaina!. I would say reduce your weight first..but if that chubbiness is natural..ya can't do anything. I say Ghost summed it up pretty good..

I'm also very petite and have chubby cheeks. You can't "spot reduce" the cheeks. So if your body is petite but you have chubby cheeks, then the ONLY way to get rid of them is surgery. The chubbiness is caused by fat pads on the cheeks. There is a procedure called buccal fat removal where a plastic surgeon cuts the inside of your cheeks and removes the pads. This is the ONLY permanent way to get rid of the chubby cheeks.

For what its worth, I've spoken with 2 plastic surgeons about this and both recommended against it. Both told me that since we lose fat from our face with age....they have tons of older women who come to them to get fillers b/c they want fuller cheeks which is a sign of youth! So I'm told that I'll appreicate the extra fat when I'm older.
