I need a day cream for the face, just one cream that is a good overall protector. Price reasonable but with good results.
My facial skin is normal (over 30) .. maybe sometimes a bit dry + is showing some age spots … maybe due to pregnancy.

Re: Face cream!
Hi Saadia, you really need good UV protection asap if you are getting chloasma because of your pregnancy. They say it should go away when your pregnancy ends but my mum's never did. Skinceuticals do a spf 50 that I believe can be mixed in with your moisturiser. You need one with physical blockers like this one has.

yeah stoppit, I have some dark spots under my chin now that never went away after the last pregnancy. :(
I am so clueless, I have been neglecting my skin for such a long time now, for months I did not even use a cream as I don't know what is good or not forget a moisturiser or even UV protection.
yes I need help ASAP
What exactally do I need ?
Re: Face cream!

Re: Face cream!
Hi Saadia, there are many out there and I can’t recommend one personally as I have never used one (my moisturiser has spf15). I heard of this one because someone I know who is using it while she has her electrolysis treatments and recommended it to others. Apparently it is white-ish if used on it’s own, so she mixes with moisturiser and applies it without rubbing too much.
The Skinceuticals spf 50 is both sunscreen and sunblock as it contains titanium dioxide. You need something like this that not only is a UVA/UVB filter but a physical blocker because it contains zinc oxide or titanium dioxide.

If your skin is dry, I would recommend using rosehip oil to moisturise at night - this is good for UV damaged skin. Gently cleanse in the morning so you don’t strip your skin of moisture and then put some spf 50 on. If it’s this one (skinceuticals), you shouldn’t really need a moisturiser or to mix it with your moisturiser as it is supposed to be moisturising. I think any with a physical blocker is going to leave a white-ish look but it’s better than getting the chloasma!
