this is a complete fallacy…whether oily or not your skin needs to be moisturised and protected from the harmful effects of the sun’s damaging rays.
you may want to use something light that absorbs well and doesn’t leave a film on your skin.
I’ve been using dermaglow’s 70 spf sunscreen and MAC’s marine bright gel during the day and cream at night. No complaints so far.
