Your second observation is a body language , not a facial feature.

I don’t think facial feature in itself has an effect on personality.

Ok lets think of all the things which can effect personality.

• culture
  *environment
  *genes?(I’m skeptical about this one, but I see kids showing stubborness, anger etc when they are a month or so old).

hmm, kind of agreed.
and genes have something to do with shapes of facial features.
