whats this fabric, does it come with the white kaam all over the fabric or was that done on it, or is it not kaam but just print?

I must say some of the fabrics shown are to die for,but I just want to know where these shops are!!!..they must be somewhere.

The neckline has velvet then dabka embroidrey with moti work on it. Material is pre embroided the flowers are embroided on top after.
