how come many cultures including ours consider eyes to be “sexy” and not just plain nice or attractive?..SEXY is the word sometimes used to describe a person’s eyes. i don’t understand…i mean, how can EYES be sexy??? i can see how say a person’s figure can be sexy, etc…but eyes?! please enlighten.
eyes are gateways to some ones soul. Attractive / Expressive eyes can tell you a lot about a person , they are one of the chief mode of communication. Personally i find eyes more attractive than breasts. The shadow of the lashes, the sparkle in the eye... the depth ... is simply magical.

Eyes, can definately be considered as sexy. The shape of some eyes can be very attractive. Similar to your example of how someone's figure can sexy. It's all about shape, and I suppose how someone looks at you :) Then again, everyone has their own idea of what is sexy, and what is not.
Cant really say I have heard people use that phrase when speaking of others eyes. Of their overall appearance or face, yes.
Guess it has to do with the shape, as others have stated, and sometimes what the person peering into them is imagining.

btw, seriously.. I guess people consider pretty eyes pretty, and usual eyes usual. If that helps. Besides, the only people who really care are Ford Model Agency. If a person hasn’t got a pleasant personality, there’s no use to good looks.. in the long term. Just be grateful we’ve all got vision, that’s enough.

They look back at you and you see interest, desire, a personality, depth, and what not....its much more exciting than checking out someone's body, because that excitement doesn't last too long. But they eyes, they have something new to tell you each time you look into them....

Its funny how people when refering to nice or sexy eyes they usually refer to women. I think blokes can have really nice eyes as well especially the ones that really penetrate. I had a bloke come in to where i work and i had to serve him as i was on the counter. Now iam a good muslim and even when i see a good looking bloke i try not to look for a second time as it is considerd haraam. But this guys akhiyan were amazing, when i gave back him his change i ended up staring at him,cuz he was staring straight into my eyes as well. after a few seconds i blinked and thought **** what am i doing? Thats never happened to me b4 and straight after he left i thought thoba thoba hope that never happens again.(except for maybe when i get married, hopefully);)

I love big, light brown eyes on guys...especially if they have dark skin. Not only is it a nice contrast in colour, but men who posses such eyes are able to make me melt into butter....especially when they stare intensely into my eyes....mmmmm.....
