How often do you get them done? Waxing or threading? I love the way my eyebrows look when I have just had them done. I was so happy when I found a lady who is actually good with threading brows here in England. I think well groomed brows make a HUGE difference to the way you look. We should all make an effort even if it’s just brows to have that tidy look :slight_smile:

tamed and well groomed eyebrows definitely make a difference! i get them threaded every once in a while and then try to maintain the shape myself.

I have a BRILLIANT lady here in the UK who threads my eyebrows she charges £12 but she is soo worth it. She includes a small massage and puts some amazing smelling mosturizer around my eyes too.

My eyebrows are more like sisters then twins so have to pencil the right one a little to make it more like the left.

i thread them after evry 2 weeks :) yes ey brows totally change the look of ur face

thanks to my thyroid issues my once-thick eyebrows are now sparse.......if I don't have them threaded/groomed and penciled they look awful....

I get mine threaded every two weeks, I try to maintain them after but I get lazy lol. And it deffo makes a difference when u keep them tidy.

I have mine threaded. The first lady used to charge £7.50 so I changed and now it is £4.50 ... I'm a student :p lol
I get my eyebrows done every month

I have mine threaded also every two weeks, at a bargain price of £5 for both eyebrows and upperlip!

They grow so quick :bummer: whenever i get them done i feel so much better

The girl who does them has become a very close friend so i get discounts! :smiley:

Threaded... aim to every 2 weeks but I'm quite lazy so it easily becomes 3/4... but yeah freshly done eyebrows=great feeling

I do it every month or so. £4.50 from Superdrugs including student discount.

£12! :eek: That’s a lot.

I agree… around our end debenhams charge £12 other asian salons charge around £7

Its alot girls but I am so happy - I have been to other cheaper salons and they always mess up :(

I dont mind paying that much because she makes my eyebrows look amaze!

I don't think £12 is too much for something that is so important (getting the right shape). My arab friend and all her friends would generally go to places that charge £15 min. One of them used to go Shavata twice a year and maintains the shape herself in between.

If you just want the mess cleared away and a shape, then fine. But people who really know how to do brows will look carefully at your features and the type of eyebrows/brow hair you have naturally and give you something that suits you, rather than the obviously done brows.

I used to thread them but some crazy lady made them insanely thin and I've not touched them for monnttthhhssssssss now. Will go in for an eyebrow wax soon, I think it's better than threading...easier to maintain yourself and although it's more expensive than threading here (wax - $20 vs. threading - ~$5), I think the people that wax do a much better job.

I just tweeze them myself, never gotten them threaded before.

I just tweez mine myself every week and when i miss a week it starts to get really bad lol
I once tried threading but it hurt way too much like omg i cant even explain how much it hurts.
and that was my first and last exp ever with threading. I dunnu how ppl are so brave
even twee-zing hurts but oh well, looking beautiful isn’t easy

I do mine once every like 6-8 weeks they grow painfully slow.! Lol so have to wait.! And shape them
