Eww…i don’t like it. I haven’t since the trend started here in the US. I think ears are fine, nose is fine if u have the right nose, and belly button is cute if u have a flat stomach.

may be when ur screw gets tightened it requires one (extra) hole …otherwise all sorts of piercing requires (two) extra holes
I'm not too crazy about facial rings, but I think the belly button ring looks kind of cool on women. But like someone stated earlier, you have to have the right stomach for it.

I don't think it's part of western culture, it's just a fad which may go away soon enough. Piercings have been going on in Asia, Africa, and as far back as ancient Egypt, probably earlier, so it really has nothing to do with western culture.
Eyebrow piercing does not appeal to me. It is a fad andf once the metallic gizmo is removed from the skin, the scar lasts forever I would think. Anyhow, to each his own! The only piercings I have are ear piercings...I have 3 ear holes in each ear and it looks rad!!! If I ever consider getting any other type of body piercing, it would probably be to get a belly ring. Sexy! ;)
