the area above my right eye is twitchy. It just started this afternoon, and I think it may have to do with the heat, since I’ve gotten home it hasnt’ happened while in my bedroom (air conditioned) , only downstairs (no AC). My parents said it’s just a reminder from Allah swt to recite our duas. Is that true? What’ the scientific meaning behind eyes twitching?

It could be caused by a variety of things like lack of a certain vitamin or a nerve problem, at least that is what I read. Superstitious theory is that if your right eye twitches, it means bad luck and if your left eye twitches, it means good luck. :p Scientifically speaking of course, it has more to do with the nerves in your eye and could even be caused by stress.

Well it just started very suddenly today. And it’s still going on acutally 
I hope that superstition is just crap. I dunno bout stress, I’ve acutally been quite chill and relaxed last few weeks…

hmm so its true.
it maybe your eyes are strained from constant pc light. not good a sign. dim the brightness or switch off the pc.

they're clever things. they know when guests have come an gone and they know when your not looking at pc's.
actually it tends to throb when your eyes are relaxed after being strained for a while(staring the pc). its an after effect. give it time an see if it comes back.

your eyes are probably dry, get like lubricating drops, I will tell u which one he wrote for me
