Eye pencil for water line

if you are only looking for pencil, i would suggest MAC’s technakhol liner in graphblack. its made specifically for the waterline. And if you dont mind using a eyeliner brush, then i would suggest Stila’s smugepot. its a gel eyeliner, and works WONDERS for all, the waterline itself, lower lid, and upper lid! hands down, the best!

Yup, I use techakohl as well. It’s so soft and doesn’t irritate.

When I want to really line the waterline heavily, I use fluidline with a brush.
