eye pencil/crayons

@Ira

Is it normal for the color to bleed under/around your eyes when you use eyepencils? I understand there will be some smudge factor but i usually look like having real bad eye circles after a few hours

I use the Milani eye pencil or Maybelline crayon.

hi ira used to have the same prob I tried urban decays cryon pencil in black superb it dosnt smugde at all n lasts long
must try dat one
I tried macs n bobby browns gel liners as well n da prob was solved
