hey shay, if your eyes always water then they might be sensitive, in which case it isn't a good idea to put anything on the waterline. it might make them all irritated and red.
MAC fluidline in blacktrack is great - doesn't budge.

hey i used to have the same problem, like literally tried every eye pencil under the sun! finally found the perfect one, its by urban decay. 24/7 Glide-On eye pencil.
its really reasonably priced too, i think its about £8.

MAC was used by both makeup artists though they don’t work for MAC.

Everything was MAC hun! They have so many different style of eyelashes but my makeup artist knew just the one for my big day. I personally believe eyelashes are very important to a girl's look.
