what in the world is up with this look? I also saw this strange lip in umrao jaan on aishwarya. is this a new (strange) trend in makeup?

I think in umrao jaan it was because the people ate paan so it stained teh inside on their mouths, ewww, not a fashion trend as such.

finally 2 hrs at the mac counter and extremly nice makeup artist and a chunk from my bdaygift fund.
