That is my type of makeup!! I have little eyes ( also hidden by glasses), compared to the rest of my face, and my makeup artist did similar for me on my wedding… she added lots of liner to extend the eye area, and i found that wearing lighter colored contacts really opened my eyes.
All the experts out there ( u know who you are!!) What kinda shades and style of makeup should someone wearing glasses use???

i just wear my contacts when i need to dress up for something so i can do makeup which does not get covered by my glasses.

This SHANY palette is almost the same as the one Coastal Scents sells… they’re all Chinese maal 
The colors are vibrant and stay on longer if you use a good eyeshadow primer… I don’t know its effects on skin though. Bh Cosmetics also has the same chinese palette on their website.
Best brand!!! … hmmmm… I like Urban decay’s eyeshadow palettes, they’re available at Sephora. There are more brands at Sephora… go check them out.
MAC has awesome eyeshadows but they usually don’t have kits… although they are selling limited edition holiday kits/palettes right now… maybe look into those, or you could buy a MAC Pro palette online… you can pick & choose your own shades for the palette.
