I have to buy a gift for someone who loves eye make up..she has pretty much all colors of Mac So I am thinking of buying an eye shadow pallet for her but I know nothing about them…if you love eye makeup, which of these will you choose???

The UD naked palette or the UD Ammo palette, but since these are popular she might already have them 
in that case you myt want to go for the UD 15th anniversary palette…

Looks like it will have to be something urban decay... I will probably call up her sister to check if she has any of these..as far as I know she used to buy Mac only!!

MAC has 2 collection that are very recent with new eye make-up.
Posh Paradise: Released September 15, 2011 - This has 8 new paint pots
Style Driven: Released September 22, 2011 (3 days ago!) - This has like 16 new eye shadows.
If she's such a huge MAC fan....you may want to ask her sister how many items she has already bought from these 2 new collections.

Does your friend's love for eye makep also include eyeliner? How about a set of eyeliners of various colors? It's something different. With the palette.....you have several eyeshadows in one container.....but she may have the same colors in an individual setting too, which may even be the only real difference ..though a palette is more convenient provided that all the colors you like and want to use are in there.

Another one for UD Naked. I don't know anyone who doesn't like it. I was sceptical at first but I love it and have gifted two as well.
Yup UD naked. I'm going to get the 15th anniversary one for myself too. I'm not a huge eyeshadow user but I Love the pallets. The makeup goes on so well.
