Eye liner that doesn't smudge?

What is the best eyeliner to buy that does NOT smudge! I have tried MAC powerpoint- it smudges after 5 mins of application giving me horrible panda eyes :no:

try urban decay's perversion liner.. it works well for me and i have watery eyes

MAC blacktrack fluidline doesn't smudge or a cheaper dupe is Catrice Gel Liner in black.i totally it!! Its smudge and water proof.. absolutely amazing and its darker than MAC blacktrack. I ve been using it in almost every look(you can see them in eye makeup thread) and If you're looking for a pencil liner,Bourjois Kohl and contour pencil in black stays for long without smudging.

Gel liners by MAC and Bobby Brown stay on me the entire day w/o smudging. :)

Do you mean pencil or liquid?

For pencil I would say urban decays 24hr pencils I think in the color perversion. Stays on forever.

For liquid I like to opt for a gel liner. Bobby brown is good.

Thanks for the suggestions. I'm actually looking for a pencil eyeliner as I find them easier to use.

MAYBELLINE master drama pencil.... love it ..super dark and doesnt smudge

Gel liners do not smudge, urban decay is pretty good too. Also there's a pencil that maybelline do which never smudges
