What he means is that he likes it when a woman pays attention to him and what he's saying....it makes him feel all appreciated n stuff.
I don't understand the point of the thread. People, in general, prefer that eye contact be made during conversation. It helps develop trust and it shows that you're listening. It is an important quality for a partner to have, but it's one among many.
