Lol i don’t think its the rarest because i have seen plenty of people where im from that have it. I heard green eyes are the rarest. As for the question in the middle east there isn’t a particular eye, hair or skin colour that is preferred. However long ago pale skin, black straight hair and black large eyes were considered the most beautiful. This can be seen as far back to the time of the propher mohammed (pbuh) where the houris of jennah are described in this way so i assume that was the beauty criteria of that time as well.
