dont freeze keema but u can keep it in fridge for a day n next day mix it with some vegetable e.y karela,,capsicum,,or aluu n matar ect...

One starts with k and the other with q. One is from kow and the other from qow.

Qeema is the proper pronounciation as in urdu the word qeema is written with Qaaf giving a bit zor on the letter Q and rounding it up.

Where as Keema is the incorrect pronounciation as its starting with Kaaf which comes after Qaaf in the urdu alphabet.
