Hijab is required in public for women of Iran and I have met many Iranis who grew up there and if you only knew how far removed they are from religion. The beauty of our religion is that it is never meant to be enforced, that is what draws people to it.

I’ve had similar experiences in where I have seen a rebellion of hijab because it was enforced among Persian women. Many choose not to wear it in the West but I have met a handful that do so as well and love it because it strengthens their faith.

We have example of such forcing… lots of hafiz being produced and 98% of them have no idea what they recite…
Iam totally for Hijab and at same time i want the men, women from all sectors of life wear it, not by force or out of greed…but for the love of Allah…
I would want our mullahs, teachers and parents show and tell the importance of hijab…thats the way to do it!!!

There are many who wear hijab for humility and then there are others who wear it for attention. I have only seen one Hijabi in our profession, she was the assistant to an area manager I knew. She would wear really tight jeans with almost everything wanting to spill out, wear attractive makeup and stuff and constantly beech about discrimination. I am all for hijab for the right reasons and against it where they pretend that it makes them superior and they can judge others.

Iqbal has the most specific solutions for pretty much all the problems that we are facing today. And imagine he said all these in 1930s. One of the best philosophical intellect ever!!
Thats why if you talk to so many Pakistanis they dont hesitate to question the religious affiliation of both Iqbal and Jinnah. Infact a lot of them think they were completely non-muslim.
