It arrived and I fixed it all by mesel! I so proud of me! Only took me 10 mins to figure out how to connect all the bits together…there were NO instructions either. Pat on the back for me!!!

Transfered all ‘important’ files to new USB stick.

If I told you I once worked for BT broadband technical support (call centre), would you believe me? I only lasted 2 weeks of training, didn’t even make it to the floor.

I have no idea what you mean, but it wasn’t a ‘career’ kind of job, it was ‘pay for university fees’ kind of job.
