An incident happened at our campus recently and the warning sent out to students goes something like this (street names, etc have been omitted for all those nosy guppies who have nothing better to do than stalk other guppies)
Sad thing is - this happens a lot at our campus. At least one or two cases like this of sickos per semester.
Warning:
The offender stopped his vehicle next to the victim while driving west on bleep. and asked the victim for directions. The victim saw the offender was nude from the waist down and was masturbating. The victim walked away and there was no further contact between the victim and offender.
On 2/28/2005 at about 3:30 PM a similarly described subject, in a similar vehicle approached a woman and engaged her in conversation regarding her parking space, whether she worked out, and tried to get her phone number. She did not notice if the subject was partially nude.
