Re: exposing mischieving cliques at your work, among your colleagues or staff
why expose them, and to whom, and what good would it do besides make you look like a tattle tale, how do you know that ppl whose attention you are bringing to dont have soft spot for some ppl in that clique or have encouraged the behaviour that has led to it or see someone complaining as a challenge to their mgmt ability.
stay above the fray, do what you need to do, do it well.
otherwise most companies have an ability to report ppl to HR anonymously, start there, dont give examples that are so specific that they can easily fugure who complained because that defeats the purpose of the anonymity.
If there is a sympathetic senior, bring it to their attention, but not as just a complaint, rather as asking for advise on how to work with the situation.
Re: exposing mischieving cliques at your work, among your colleagues or staff
apparently, only you and i conversing, Fraudia bhai.
your suggstions, make sense. they can benefit most people who will be wise in finding inner motivation to excel at work. and disregard colleagues and staffm even supervisors who may be jealous.
Re: exposing mischieving cliques at your work, among your colleagues or staff
yeah maybe others dont face the challenge.
I would not say disregard jealous ppl, I would say keep a close eye on their actions and words, and do your things accordingly, dont be oblivious to what they are doing but dont engage in petty battles document with date all issues. if thinge get to a pint where you need to take a stand, do it but do it the right way. let your work speak for yourself, make a bigger network and find other allies in the organization.
