We Indians have to put our own house in order, there are many "Muslim" organisations in India that are trained by LeT in Pakistan and HUJI in Bangladesh.
Outsiders cannot do anything unless there is an internal support...Indian Mujahideen and Students Islamic Movement of India, SIMI are such orgs that have come up and get financial support and training from outside.

The BBC is saying that it could be local organisations. I hope they are but how quick we are to blame ourselves. So yes maybe we are what the title says because we accept responisbility before anyone even blames us.

Nobody is taking responsibility from Pakistan side ,we are all skeptical as to who will they blame ? Indian leaders have this habit of blaming Pakistan even if they find a fly in their soup. These are terrorist attacks which is a little bigger than fly in the soup. So this is the ground reality we all are acknowledging what we can do about it , may be better prepared to face the onslaught of blame game or Indian forces on the border.

Worst that could have happened. Obviuosly everyone in Pakistan will say its was some covert Mossad Raw CIA and Fantastic Four operation. And in India they will blame it on the ISI AlQaeda and friends. The truth will nver be known. However, its about time the Indians kicked their security forces up the back side for such continued negligence.

But It's all very sad. Loss of lives. Who would understand it better than us pakistanis. I just hope there is no qassab or machera or sabzi wala involved and they get the people who did this.

What are terrorists trying to gain from all this?. They were simple innocent people who lost their lives. Very sad to hear all this. I hope Indian government thoroughly investigates and not shifting blame on Pakistan.
