What facts? The only facts are:
SSP/LeJ admitted to virtually every attack on Shias in Pakistan
Pakistan govt agencies have supported these groups in the past
A small but significant number of Pakistanis support these groups
The groups operate openly despite being banned
Yet after every attack people like you blame others.
Here are some more Facts:
1-There is significant evidence that RAW is involved in terrorrist sctivities in Pakistan
2-High ranking officials in Indian state and central governments are implicated in ethnic violence against Muslims in particular and other minorities in general.
3-State police has either been involved or has been bysatnders when rapes and murders of Muslims have been going on in India(Bombay,Gujrat).Many have been burnt alive.
4-Majority of hindus support these gruops
5-These gruops have managed to form government in India more than once
6-Despite this some indians come here and criticize lack of security of minorities in Pakistan having shut their eyes to widespread ethnic cleansing going on in their own country.
Most important fact. Sort of a prediction really -
Someone who claims that RAW is involved in sectarian attacks in Pakistan has no auqaat to prove his claim will avoid giving proof of RAW involvement in any specific attack ;)

Indians did not start blaming ISI out of the blue. Nobody blamed ISI in the late 80's or the mid 90's, only when more and more culprits were proven to enter India from Nepal and Bangladesh after being trained in Pakistan did the Indian Government not rule out ISI every time such incident occur. Pakistanis on the other hand blame RAW, while its always some local extremist group or the other who claim to have carried out the operation. When Pakistanis consistently start catching people who have been trained in India or supplied fund by India, then they can shout RAW at the top of their lungs every time such things occur.
Icon, the official investigation is still going on. Every political party from the communist to the congress have send in their 'independent' researchers and no wonder considering it was an election year in Gujarat when the riots occured. Every home has one or two LPG gas cylinders and it does not take long for a mob to form in India. And if it was all planned from the beginning, 118 hindus would not have been shot by the police.

Thats just you who thinks everything you say is right and maybe the rest of the bread following you.
