****. I am sitting with a laptop on my lap right now. Thank God it is not a Dell. The laptop is important, but I have valueable equipment right under the laptop battery that I would like to protect. Hint: I am male.

Dell is Japanese??? they just put a lot of chinese crap together.. they don't make anything.. especially not in Japan.

well ,machinery is something that you simply can't trust on ,it can shut down anytime or can do lots of other things,not according to your wish......

Haha lol. I have Dell as well - it is very reliable though (as far as I know). Never had this "exploding" problem...so far
