I am not saying it will work, but simply show the NICOP to the agents, see if they can detect expiration, because with Visa entry you will be required to get OK from the local Thanay Dar if your stay is more than 30 days, and that in itself is another hassle!

because once in Pakistan the NICOP can be renewed in five working days.

I didn’t read the full thread but get the visa.. You can drop off the passport at 9:00 at the consulate and pick it up around 2:00( our experienced in NY) we also went to DC to get visa and they stamped it within half an hour while we waited. ( having kids with us helped to speed up the process:D)

That must be urgent visa. But even if they take 7 days as per their website, I can live with it. Im just glad I saw its expired now than 2 days before leaving
