.. i heard from some lady who used to work @doctors. she said food is okay even after 6 months of expiry date lol even though i dont trust that but still i think its okay for 1 or so.
but milk is strictly on expiry date!

Only if you freeze it , it can last forever. They have unearthed millions of years old dead animals completely preserved in ice, didn’t they ?
Milk and meat are most fragile food products , they will get spoiled on the date of expiry even if they are kept in fridge , if they are frozen then you can use them even after a year.
