Make sure you register for a site when registering. And visit the Dashboard area of your site and look at the video tutorials. Also, check out the various themes available for your site under Appearance.

also, when you register make sure you check the create a site area. Otherwise, you can create one after you have logged in from the top menu where it says My Sites.
