Question is, in a country like USA where corruption is not a big issue as we have, where institutes are strong where system does work and justice is available, why Obama failed to bring the change? Was he lying? was his promise of change was fake? or was he missing the required experience???

yes.....i was saying being newbie at running a govt......because even the molvie bunch have had that opportunity under mushi.......and they were quite pathetic too........
is newbie ke saath bhi chor uchakay chipkay howay hain jin ki aqal bandar ki aqal ke barabar hay. Think rationally. Not all PPP or PML(N) has bad people. Can you name any smart and honest person who is with IK? Pakistan can not function with one man army.

Good people of PPP an N-League haven't been able to stop any bad that their bad leaders are doing............. so having 'some' good people with majority of evil people doesn't delliver.....and guess what.......its been PROVEN time and time again........because they failed...after given more than 2 chances each..
