Recently my mother ordered some suits from Ayesha. Before placing the order, she called her and explained Ayesha in detail how she would like dresses in terms of measurements and style. The measurements were also emailed to her. The order was placed at the end of April. It was the 2nd week of June and we had not received anything from Ayesha, so my mom emailed her and she replied back saying the joras were almost ready and will be shipped in few days. My mother was going to wear them at different weddings/events that were going to take place in the following weeks. Almost, a week later she received the package. The colors were slightly different then what she had thought but she was fine with it. The stitching was clean and the material was okay too. However, when she tried them on, they did not fit her. It was not just one dress with wrong measurements but all three that she had ordered. She looked inside the dresses but there was not enough room for alteration. Anyway, just to make sure, we did not give the wrong measurements, we opened the email that was sent to her, measured the dresses, they were 3-4inches off. My mom emailed her and got the reply very next day with a one line statement “but I made on your measurement size”. So we then forwarded her the email that was sent at the time of placing the order, it had the original measurements, we also included the measurements the dresses were stitched. My mother also continued to try to connect with her on the phone but she could never get connected with her. A week passed by and there was no response from Ayesha. So, I decided to send her a facebook message, again couple days passed by no response from Ayesha. I posted a message on her facebook wall saying: the measurements for my mother’s clothes is completely off, please reply to her email so we can sort this out. The next day instead of reply to our messages, she ended up deleting my comment/post from her facebook wall. I waited for another day but no response from her. Obviously, it was making me furious. So I posted on her wall again saying: at least accept your mistake instead of deleting my wall post. Got a reply from her very next day stating: why I am acting up and the clothes were on the measurements we had send her. I wrote another polite response mentioning that I have forwarded the original measurements and asked her to give a time when we can call her solve this issue. No response for another week. Send her another message this Wednesday, no response. Yesterday, I posted on her wall again asking her to reply, not only I did not get any response from her but SHE AGAIN DELETED MY DAMN POST.
Sadly, there is not enough room in the dresses for us to spend more money and get them lose. When you pay $400 for something, you want something that you can actually use. I am sure there will be people who have had better experience with Ayesha, but our experience has turned into a nightmare at this time. When a person doesn’t accepts their mistakes instead starts ignoring the other person, forgiveness is also not possible. I wish these home based designers who are very quick at taking other people’s money would reflect on their work and make sure they are providing quality services.
Unfortunately, Ayesha did not realize that she can only control comments on her face book page but not the world wide web. I hope after reading this review, she will take some initiative to provide better quality service for the money she is asking.

Yes, she is a home based designer. She is not on GS but I am sure there are ppl here on GS who check other designers too, so I thought I would share my experience. WD, the quality of kaam was fine, my mom had mainly asked for thread embroidery with few embellishments.
My mom was finally able to get a hold of her on phone today,she said to my mom, if my mom can go to the airport and give the clothes to someone coming to Pakistan for alteration, first of all it was ridiculous for her to think we will go to the airport and find a person and all that, secondly, she didn't realize or understand when altering a shirt, you have to make sure that measurements of top, middle, and bottom of the shirt have to be in specific ratio, you can not just add fabric to the chest area and make it wider but have skinny ghara. So, in short she did not really have a solution or any exchange policy or anything...other then that she just complained about me, saying your daughter is too harsh with me. lol...
Korn my friend and I both had issues with her with messing up the measurements. My friend not only had measurement issues but also got someone else outfit instead of what she had ordered. Unfortunately, Ayesha did not do anything to fix about the measurement issues or the mix up of dresses. I wish she'd improve her customer service and pay attention to all the details of an order.
It's really heartening when you spend so much money and could not find the things done as per your demand. But in the cases when outfit is not at all fitting to you to wear then you don't even pay heed toward the quality. Measurements are the basic things to work on. Quality of fabric n kam is important but only when you can wear it. So bad to hear this. She should have worked on some solution as mistakes can be done but there should be a way to resolve them. And lol give me a break!!!! What kind of business ethics is she setting for? Give to airport and search for a passenger going to Pakistan even if he know you or not!!! My goodness, perhaps she thinks that the whole Pakistani community living abroad know each other or may be they all are residential of one city. Seriously it sounds not only ridiculous but shocking too!!! Hope she comes with some solution
I recently received a dress from her, she didn't follow my directions but I've been too busy to sit down and explain what I had asked for. This is really disappointing to know there won't be much results from my complaints....
