It may be a lock, but if its not attached to anything properly then kya faida ??

If u look closely the lock is just hanging around the leg of the board......... u cud just lift the leg of the board slightly and slip the lock away. U dont neccesarily hav to ride the bike either, u cud just carry it by the tyre.

And NO, i'm not a chor..... honest.
