Mahnoor is a pretty name when considered from a desi cultrual setting .
However…living in the west…the name will be pronounced as “manure.” It’s “exotic” alright…but not in a positive way. I think sometimes parents living in the west forget that they should pick a name for their child…which when inevitably butchered by non-desis…will not sound insulting.
